Scope
We agree what we provide, in which cities, how cases are handed over and how fees are settled. Our fee is always shown separately from any hospital bill.
Medical planning
For each case we consult the relevant hospital or checkup centre and return a written plan and quote. We reply within one working day.
Delivery
Dates, hospital, accommodation and transfers are confirmed in writing, and the itinerary is followed as agreed, with our coordinator present throughout.
